I know I'm too tired to be here because I thought pigeons were giving me funny looks on my way here

But I am moving tomorrow so it's okay! I woke up to construction as I have every morning for the last month. It wasn't so bad today, nothing is bad today! In fact, everything is amazing! Last night's dinner party was probably the best I've ever attended. John and Andrea, our teachers, had everyone over for a celebratory meal, which Andrea prepared herself. It was wonderful. I can't even explain how much fun I had and how delicious everything was. I finally was in a real home with real people - as opposed to everyone else I've met living in temporary housing, knowing they won't be here in a year.
AND I have places to see and check out as far as living. Sarb from the internet cafe offered to let me stay in his living room for a short period of time - how nice is that? I have been giving him stickers for the last week or so, and now look! Not having a computer and losing my phone this weekend has led me possibly to a home and definitely to new friends. How am I so lucky?
I am going to get a job today, go see Mucha's Slavic Epic (at least parts of it) , see a movie with Uma and friends, get a new phone, and find an apartment - wish me luck!
